love it : 3-in-1 Gerber Daisy Flower Hair Clip Bow on Soft Stretch Crochet Child Headband fits Babies to Toddlers to Youth Girls - White on Christmas Red
I ordered 2 of the 3-in-1 Gerber Daisy headbands (hot pink daisy on white band and light pink daisy on black band)and selected standard shipping. The package arrived very quickly and was earlier than anticipated! When I opened the package, the crystal from the center of the light pink flower had fallen off. I called Knextion, and got a customer service rep on the phone right away! There was no long drawn out automated menu, and I did not have to hold at all. The customer service rep was very friendly and said that they would send a replacement right away. I was very pleased with the customer service. The headbands are adorable! They are great for photo opps with a baby or little girl. I have a 9 month old daughter, and I was able to take some adorable pics! They only negative is that the flowers w/ crystals are probably not the best quality, but still definitely worth the price! I bought them mostly for my daughter to wear for special occasions and for taking some pictures. I do not plan on having her wear them on a daily basis, so they are fine for my purpose. The only other thing that I did not like is that the alligator clip is fairly sharp. It scratched the top of my daughter's head a little, so be careful! Overall, I think it is a great product for the price paid! I also really like the crocheted headbands!!! They are so easy to get on and off, and expand to any size head! They don't leave elastic marks on the head like some little headbands for babies do, but still stay in place well!
